Making an Offer

Once registered the Company can raise offer online. We can help put in the investment pitch at nominal cost to the company.

At the time of raising the company offer we undertake a detailed background verification by a renowned third party at Company's cost .The background verification report will be available to investors at all times.

Subscribing to the offer

Once the offer is available on our website, we will engage with the registered investor . In case an investor decides to make an investment into the company, the payment has to be made immediately. We may collaborate with banks to provide loan facilities on the need basis. The amount has to be paid into the accounts of VCPodium at the time of subscribing to offer.

Important Information

The decision to revise any of the timelines and/or fee is at the sole discretion of VCPodium and is binding to all it's registered users of investors and companies. Further any decision taken by VCPodium shall be considered final.

The refunds and/or returns,if any, will include only the actual money deposited with VCPodium after deducting the applicable fee and charges. No interest income, premium, penalty etc. will be paid by VCPodium to either investors,companies or in any circumstances.

VCPodium is not a stock exchange recognised by the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under the Securities Contract (Regulation) Act, 1956. The securities offered by any company registered on the online platform developed by VCPodium, available at vcpodium.com

In case of disputes arising out in future we will try to support all parties with the documentation provided by the company(ies) and/or investor(s) at the time of registration or during offer process. However investors and companies must understand the risks involved before investing and/or choosing investors. VCPodium can not be held liable for any losses (tangible or otherwise) incurred by either party either during or after the process including the work done by 3rd party entities .

In case an investor(s) would like to sell at a later stage they will have to directly get in touch with the company. Similarly in case company would like to buy back from investors later on they will have to directly get in touch with investors.VCPodium will have no role to play in this.
